ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation –

Montgomery Transport Ltd is currently working towards achieving ISO 9001:2015. This is an internationally recognised standard that is based on several quality management principles which include: a strong customer focus, the motivation of top management, a process approach and continual improvement.

Process –

The process to gain ISO 9001:2015 involves documenting company procedures and practices. These procedures include details on the responsible party, related documentation and the procedure from beginning to end. To gain the accreditation, Montgomery Transport will undergo an audit to show that the requirements of the standard are met. After the certification is obtained, there will be an annual audit performed to ensure the requirements are continually met.

ISO 9001:2015 places a strong emphasis on leadership and their necessary involvement to see the standard reach its full potential within a company. Montgomery Transport’s leadership are all fully behind the goal of achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certification, from director level to operational management.
